production techniques utilise strong glass reinforced composites
in the manufacturing process that ensure your pod is highly
durable.
Your Pod will also benefit
from UK class "O" flame retardant surfaces, be colour
stable and have waterproof finishes.
This careful choice of materials, cast from our moulds, ensures
a high quality product with an increase in expected life span,
even in the most inhospitable locations.
In addition to the standard colour finishes, timber grain
and over-applied graphics can now be selected.
The substantial steel hinge can be locked in an open trading
and closed secure positions. The closed position guarantees
there will be no unauthorised access to stock.
A remote lockable cupboard in the rear ensures services are
isolated from the busy trading area and it can be accessed
remotely without disturbing trade. Similarly there is a secure
cash-drop area enabling safe in-trading storage of cash and
access for safe removal for banking.
Your Pods can be delivered "flat-pack"
or rolled on site in two parts. In a coffee format, the hot
water services and separate electrical supplies will be pre-installed.
Stored or mains water can be accommodated to the degree that
most sites only require an electrical cable. The period between
arrival on site and trade need only be a few hours.
